Using ClipboardX

By using ClipboardX, you agree to these terms. ClipboardX helps paired Android and Windows devices transfer clipboard items. You are responsible for your account/device credentials, pairing only devices you control or are authorized to use, and using the service lawfully.

You are responsible for the clipboard content you copy, sync, or transmit, and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use it.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass security or quota controls, probe other users’ devices or data, distribute malware, infringe rights, or use ClipboardX unlawfully. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.

Do not use ClipboardX for unlawful content or activity, including child sexual abuse material, illegal drug or weapon activity, fraud, malware, stolen credentials, or other unlawful material or conduct. This rule does not mean ClipboardX routinely scans clipboard content.

Content and ownership

You retain rights in your clipboard content. You grant only the limited permission necessary to process and relay content to provide ClipboardX. ClipboardX and its software, branding and other service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Plans, stores and availability

ClipboardX may offer free features, quotas, paid packs or subscriptions. Store purchases are handled by the applicable store; its billing, cancellation and refund rules apply. Features, availability and requirements may change, including for maintenance, security, compatibility or legal reasons.

Pre-registration promotional credits

ClipboardX may run a Google Play pre-registration campaign. Eligible users may receive 200 ClipboardX credits, subject to the announced campaign, availability, Google Play country or region availability, and eligibility checks. Google Play is the pre-registration platform; the reward is offered by ClipboardX and is not sponsored or guaranteed by Google.

ClipboardX credits are promotional transfer/quota credits only. They have no cash value and are not money or stored monetary value; they cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded. One reward is limited to each eligible ClipboardX account or device identity. We may withhold or revoke a reward for abuse, fraud, duplicate claims, automation, or attempts to circumvent eligibility, and may correct accidental duplicate or erroneous grants.

Disclaimers, liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, ClipboardX is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Polish law governs these terms, while mandatory consumer protections under applicable EU/EEA law and mandatory law at your place of residence remain unaffected.

Ending use and contact

You may stop using ClipboardX, unpair devices, or contact us about a deletion request. We may change these terms by publishing an updated version. Legal contact: legal@clipboardx.it.com.
