Your clipboard is for your devices, not the network.
Only devices you approve can exchange clipboard content. When a relay is used, it forwards encrypted frames—not a readable clipboard feed.
ClipboardX syncs copied text and supported images between paired Android and Windows devices. Its apps encrypt transfers before a relay forwards them; History is kept on your devices, not as a permanent cloud archive. On Android, you can pause sync, exclude apps, and enable checks for some one-time codes and card-like text. Those checks are not exhaustive.
Privacy PolicyVerified pairing. Each device is approved before it joins a pairing.
Protected transfer. The apps encrypt clipboard frames on the device. The backend gates paired relay sessions and forwards ciphertext, not clipboard contents.
Local control. Recent history and pause controls remain in the product interfaces. Sensitive-data handling depends on the app’s configured protection controls.

When your monthly allowance runs out
Existing extra credits can still cover transfers. If you have no extra credits, cross-device syncing pauses until your allowance renews or you choose a pack or subscription. Your clipboard history is not removed, and no paid plan starts automatically.
Referral and promotional credits may also be available; they are separate from the standard monthly allowance.

What is ClipboardX?
ClipboardX keeps your clipboard in reach across your Android phone and Windows PC. Copy on one paired device and continue on the other.
What can I sync?
ClipboardX syncs text and images between paired Android and Windows devices. It is not a general file-transfer tool.
Which platforms are supported?
ClipboardX is available for Android and Windows. iOS, iPadOS, and macOS are not currently supported.
How do I pair my devices?
Install ClipboardX on both devices, start pairing in the app, scan the QR code (or use the available pairing flow), then approve the device.
Can I pause synchronization?
Yes. Pause automatic synchronization in the app, then resume it when you are ready. You can also send an item manually when available.
Where can I find recent items?
Open ClipboardX history on Windows or use the Android app and keyboard shelf. Local history availability depends on the app and device settings.
Can other people see my clipboard?
Transfers go only to devices you pair and approve. ClipboardX does not broadcast your clipboard to arbitrary devices.
What happens when I unpair a device?
That device can no longer sync through the pairing. The app shows a History-cleanup choice during applicable disconnect flows; review it before confirming.
How do invitations work?
Use the invitation flow in ClipboardX and share your link. Eligibility and any rewards are shown in the app and invitation terms.
What if syncing stops?
Check that both devices are online and paired, sync is not paused, and the app is allowed by your sensitive-data or excluded-app settings. Reconnect or re-pair if needed.
Do Android and Windows need the same Wi-Fi?
No. The devices can use different networks, but both need an internet connection for ClipboardX to sync between them.
Which image formats can ClipboardX sync?
ClipboardX supports one image item per transfer in PNG, JPEG, WebP, BMP, or GIF format. It does not sync files, folders, videos, or multiple images in one transfer.
Why does ClipboardX need its Android keyboard?
ClipboardX uses the selected Android keyboard to notice clipboard changes and show History items you can insert while typing. Its sync flow sends copied clipboard items, not ordinary text you type into a field.
Is ClipboardX free?
Yes. You get 100 free transfers every month. No subscription is required; if you need more, you can buy a one-time credit pack or choose a monthly plan.
What is one credit?

What happens when I use all my free transfers?
Extra credits you already have can still be used. Without extra credits, syncing pauses until the monthly allowance renews or you choose a pack or subscription. Nothing is charged automatically.
